I have upgraded from CUEAC version 220.127.116.11 to version 18.104.22.168 integrated with CUCM version 7.1.5 cluster
Problem when I park a call, calls parks then disconnects within 2 seconds. When a put a call on hold call goes on hold then disconnects, when I try to transfer a call after a few seconds call disconnects.
Each time the caller hears fast busy after the call disconnects.
I have CUEAC 22.214.171.124 integrated with another CUCM cluster which has been working fine. Only difference is that this cluster is ruuning version 8.0.2.
Does anybody have any ideas on why I am having this issue?
I would really appreciate a reponse today as I'm testing upgrade with client tommorow!
