I have upgraded from CUEAC version 126.96.36.199 to version 188.8.131.52 integrated with CUCM version 7.1.5 cluster
Problem when I park a call, calls parks then disconnects within 2 seconds. When a put a call on hold call goes on hold then disconnects, when I try to transfer a call after a few seconds call disconnects.
Each time the caller hears fast busy after the call disconnects.
I have CUEAC 184.108.40.206 integrated with another CUCM cluster which has been working fine. Only difference is that this cluster is ruuning version 8.0.2.
Does anybody have any ideas on why I am having this issue?
I would really appreciate a reponse today as I'm testing upgrade with client tommorow!
